Slow but strong vinyasa, restorative and meditation

I'm fortunate to have been teaching yoga since 2011 and to have shared the practise with people in many different settings, from studios and festivals to corporate wellbeing programmes, private one-to-one sessions and retreats. Along the way, I've completed over 600 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited training, and continue to learn from every student and experience that comes my way.
Whether you're in a strong, playful or gentle season of your life, I am passionate about leading a soulful and inclusive practice. Helping you drop into your flow state and stimulating the body's inherent self-healing and regenerative capacities through improved circulation, range of movement, postural alignment and soothing mantra. I’ve spent my life exploring bodywork disciplines, initially coming to yoga to protect myself from injury whilst touring as a contemporary dancer.
I completed my first TTC in Sivananda's beautiful Madurai Ashram, continuing onto graduate from Triyoga's 2 year Advanced TTC in 2018 with mentor's Jean Hall and Anna Ashby. I also work as a massage therapist and have trained in pre and postnatal yoga with Kirsteen Ruffle of Birthlight. In 2018 I co-created Hourglass/Ground Yoga - a Cafe & Yoga Space next to Clissold Park. During the Pandemic classes moved to the lovely community studio around the corner Hackney Showroom. Having recently returned to my hometown of Totnes whilst on maternity leave I'm yet to see where my teaching will land, please watch this space for updates and/or reach out to access my online class archives.
